Finding peace and love through editable translations, Ms. Harris’ career in the kitchen began close to home. Under the wing of her aunt- a chef in her own right Ms. Elizabeth Overby, Chef Harris was introduced to the art of design in flavor and plated execution. Blending home-grown produce with, proteins and spice from around the world- just as Chef Harris does today.

As a result each cultivated dining experience drives conversation, curiosity, and adventure while influences from the Philippines, the Pacific-Rim, and Caribbean are plated to tell their own story.
